We had another lovely weekend at the Phoenicia Flea in the Catskills over Columbus Day weekend! The weather was amazing; the air was just chilly enough to really enjoy the firepit. It was great to see the many familiar, beautiful faces like clog-maker Nina Z., handmade pottery by Tivoli Tile Works, artisanal beauty products by Hudson Made, medicinal herbs by Field Apothecary, precious jewelry by Rebecca Peacock, handmade accessories by Owlkill Studio rad paper goods by Wishbone Letterpress. We were also glad to meet furniture craftsman Vernacular Design, boozy blogger Bit by a Fox, artist/sculptor Andrew Molleur, and master curator Straw & Gold. The food, by Black Eyed Suzie’s and Amy’s Takeaway (oh my goodness, that soup!), was wonderful; the tasty coffee by Southdown Coffee out of Long Island kept attendees warm and caffeinated.

The list of vendors is literally too long to mention, and hopefully it will stay that way. Because the Phoenicia Flea will be back next spring through fall and we can’t wait to set up shop again! If you missed it though, you can come visit us at the Brooklyn Flea this winter or the Basilica Farm and Flea in Hudson this Thanksgiving weekend!
