Here’s the scoop: rates start at $6K for the entire season, January 1 through March 31. Three pricing tiers with different amenities are available.

  • Rent all three months for $7,500 or monthly for $3,000 at Cottage 7: Falcon; Cottage 9, Mockingbird; Cottage 13, Starling; Cottage 15: Cardinal. These cottages have private laundry.
  • Rent the Eagle House all three months for $8,400, or monthly for $3,200. This is the largest of the cottages, with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Eagle House has private laundry.
  • Rent Cottage 3: Bluebird all three months for $6,000 or monthly for $2,000. This cottage does not have laundry but weekly laundry pick up and drop off can be arranged with a local company.
  • Rent Cottage 5: Goldfinch, all three months for $6,300 or monthly $2,300. This cottage does not have laundry, but weekly laundry pick up and drop off can be arranged with a local company.
  • Rent Cottage 11: Heron, all three months for $7,500 or monthly for $3,000. This cottage does not have laundry but weekly laundry pick up and drop off can be arranged with a local company.

Perch Cottages is located in Boiceville, NY, in close proximity to Kingston, Stone Ridge, Phoenicia, Woodstock, and more. A full list of amenities is available on request, but each unit has a bluetooth sound system, 40″ tv, full kitchen and BBQ.
