Massive converted barn to sleep you and all your friends.

Harpersfield, NY. 160 miles from NYC.

Five bedrooms and eight beds sleep twelve guests.

Multiple gathering spaces, big open-format kitchen, sauna, large deck, fireplace, incredible mountain views.

This 100-year old barn has been converted into the most perfect, magical gathering place, with five bedrooms, two living rooms, a large deck, two dining spaces and a large kitchen at the center of everything. (A perfect post-Covid gathering spot with family & friends, don’t you think?)

Every room in the massive barn seems to have some nook waiting for guests – whether it’s the all-painted-white loft, the “barn room” (with games, darts and a sauna), or simply cozying up in front of the huge fireplace. Looking for adventure? Take a hike on the 10-acre property, lay under the stars, and experience the Catskills in style.

This region is home to many farms, and there’s no shortage of amazing restaurants and farm stands. Nearby, check out the book village of Hobart then grab brunch or dinner at English pub Bull & Garland. Or, head to Stamford for a stop into old-school meat shop Solinksky’s followed by a stop into Catskill Outpost, an apparel/camping/home boutique created by one of the owners of Barn on 23. Last but not least, check the schedule at the Mill Pond Inn & Tavern, with a great patio overlooking a pond, for live music.
