60 miles from NYC in Brewster, NY, find this peaceful oasis perched above the East Branch of the Croton River that’s great for groups. Located on three private acres, enjoy the breathtaking views of sunset from the (seasonal) pool, hot tub, or its west-facing sunroom at this expansive home just an hour from NYC.
Downstairs, an open layout kitchen is located just inside the front door, with steps down to the living room. Beyond, its airy sunny sunroom is the perfect spot to gather for an afternoon cocktail. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a floor all to itself; its ensuite bathroom boasts a large soaking tub. The additional bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor.
During the day, make use of the seasonal pool (open May-September), or take a short voyage in the home’s kayaks for guest use. (Of note: those who wish to explore more than ~30 minutes on kayak should look into nearby options.) At night, stargaze from the home’s large hot tub, just steps from the door.
