Movement throughout multiple, distinct spaces helps keep your affair festive and varied. After your ceremony in the Lower Fields, guests may be greeted in the Gardens & Pavilion to mingle with a handcrafted cocktail while and a mix of stations and passed appetizers. The evening carries on as guests flow into the tent, Courtyard, or Bar Room & Restaurant, to enjoy a dinner they’ve watched being prepared over an open fire. The party continues with dancing under the stars and late night bites over bowling on 100 year old lanes.
Located 2 hours north of New York City in the western Catskills, The North Branch Inn is an elegant fourteen room retreat in the quaint town of North Branch. Nestled next to a small creek, time has stood still in this small corner of the world.  The décor at the Inn aims to honor its rich past while providing modern amenities such as wireless internet, Malin and Goetz bath products, crisp cotton sheets and indulgent down duvets.

Property Features

• Choice of multiple locations for your ceremony and celebrations:  The Lower Fields, located across from the Main Inn; The Meadows, seven acres of natural beauty just beyond the beautifully landscaped Garden & Pavilion; and The Courtyard just steps away from the Bar Room & Restaurant.
• Additional available gathering spaces include the Bar Room & Restaurant, with room for up to 50 seated dinner guests, the 100 year old hand-set Bowling Alley, Sunken Gardens with bonfire pit and twinkle lights, and the Pavilion & Chef’s Garden.
• Fourteen guest rooms across three buildings: The Main Inn, The Library House, and 2 in The Post Office. Additional lodging available at nearby sibling property Nine River Road.
• All catering is done in house, with packages starting at $160 per guest for dinner and open bar.
• $6,000 site fee (for 120 guests or less) and $8,000 site fee (for 120 guests and up) includes exclusive access to property and grounds, including the Bar Room and Restaurant for the day of your event.
• Optional Friday night welcome dinner packages also available.
• Handcrafted tables and seating, flatware, plateware, barware, and votive candles available for use.
• Available year round for celebrations of 50 to 200.
