This brand new home on two acres is set back over 300' from the road in the quietude of the Delaware River Valley. The building is split into two sides: both residential, one rental. On one side, builder and artist Peter Maslow resides and paints in his massive studio. On the other, its three bedroom Airbnb is a SoHo loft-like space with loads of space and modern amenities.
