Scribner’s Catskill Lodge in Hunter, NY

Our love affair with this Scandi-ski lodge carries well into the summer, when the pool opens up from 7am to 9pm, late May – September. Second home owners in the area can take advantage of the day passes, available to non-hotel guests everyday but Saturday. Weekend poolside hangs are made all the better with food from the team at Prospect and rotating DJ sets!


Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge, NY

The Hasbrouck House is one our favorite hotels in Upstate NY for so many reasons; one of them is that it has a great pool. It’s 55 foot offering is an historic landmark in it’s own right. When you need a quick break from the summer sunning, borrow a bike to explore the property or slake your thirst with a refreshing cocktail in the Club Room. And don’t be afraid to work up an appetite – dinner in onsite restaurant Butterfield is can’t miss!


Linden House in Newburgh, NY

We absolutely love the pool and the vibe at the Linden House. This mid-century design destination with stunning views of the Hudson River sleeps up to six guests. So grab your closest pals and live that private pool life for a weekend!


Hubert House in Jeffersonville, NY

This 4-bedroom rental makes the perfect home base for a private pool party. A gazebo with a BBQ is just steps away from the pool, so you can enjoy the secret garden vibes pool well into the evening. When the sun goes down, head to the sunken hot tub on the covered porch to make the most of your getaway.

For an adventure a bit further afield, look no further then Tourists! This buzzy Berkshires retreat features an oversized, heated saltwater pool with wooden deck. Grab a frosty beverage and your sunscreen and plan to post up poolside all afternoon.

What’s not to love about the vibe at Glen Falls House? The 40 acre property offers plenty of trails and swimming holes to explore, but this time of year you’ll find us lounging poolside with a frozen cocktail.  DJ sets on weekends and pure relaxation all summer long.
